NHBPI Tribal Government

Tribal Committees play an important role in Huron Potawatomi Government. They supply information and advice to the Tribal Council, along with planning events and providing services to members.

The Tribal Elders Committee is currently looking for dedicated Committee members. If you are interested please call (269) 729-5151.

The Executive Branch of the NHBPI Government is the Tribal Council, which consists of a Tribal Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms.

The Judicial Branch of the NHBPI Government is overseen by Chief Judge Michael Petoskey.
