The mission of Human Resources is to play a key role as the organization’s resource and supporting leadership, department heads and staff in the achievement of both personal and strategic goals. The HR team is focused on placing as many tribal community members, spouses and other native preference candidates and providing the necessary tools and skills for future advancement and achievement in our recruitment efforts. We intend to achieve this by attracting; recruiting, training, developing and retaining high-caliber staff.
